Weingut am Schlipf Schneider Vom Kalkstein Red 2023 is a red wine produced by Weingut am Schlipf Schneider in the Baden region of Germany.
The wine is a single-varietal Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) sourced from vineyards located around Weil am Rhein, just a few kilometres from the Swiss border.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 18 months on its lees in large French oak casks, some of which are new, adding depth and complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit.
