Atrium Vitis Mimosa Blanco 2022
Mimosa Blanco is a white wine produced by Bodegas Atrium Vitis in the town of Quiroga, near the Ribeira Sacra but outside the D.O. The wine is a single-varietal Godello, with vineyards planted on slate soils.
It undergoes spontaneous fermentation in French oak barrels and is aged on its lees for 3 months.
Production is extremely limited to just 650 bottles, each one hand-painted.
