Atrium Vitis Silius Raspón 2021Red Wine
Atrium Vitis Silius Raspón Tinto 2021 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Atrium Vitis in Quiroga, near the Ribeira Sacra in Lugo. This is a field blend of Mencía, Sousón, Brancellao, Merenzao, and Garnacha. The grapes come from historic vineyards between 90 and 25 years old, with bush-trained vines.
The wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts in French oak foudres and is then aged for 10 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.
