Bodegas Fulcro O Equilibrio 2024 White Wine
Fulcro O Equilibrio Blanco 2024 is a white wine produced by Bodegas Fulcro in the D.O. Rías Baixas, specifically in the Val do Salnés subregion, in the village of Sanxenxo.
It is a single-varietal Albariño sourced from the “A Pedreira” vineyard, a plot characterized by its sandy, granitic soils.
The winemaking begins with direct pressing of the grapes, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels of 200 and 500 liters. The wine is then aged on its own lees for 12 months in these same barrels, without undergoing malolactic fermentation.
The wine is neither fined nor filtered, preserving its purity and sense of place.
