Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce Selección Albilla 2022 White Wine
Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce Selección Albilla Blanco 2022 is a white wine produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce under the Manchuela Denomination of Origin in Castilla-La Mancha. It is a single-varietal Albillo, sourced from the estate’s two best parcels with granitic soils.
In the winery, a traditional vinification is carried out, with each parcel fermenting separately with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 11 months in new 1,000-liter foudres and 500- and 600-liter French oak barrels. It is neither fined nor filtered, and production is very limited.
