Chanterêves Côte d'Or Rouge La Combe 2024 Red Wine

Chanterêves Côte d'Or Rouge La Combe Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Chanterêves, the project of Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, in Burgundy, France.

The wine is a 100% Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards planted in the late 1940s near Puligny-Montrachet, on limestone marl soils.

Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and a pied de cuve in wooden vats, using 100% whole clusters. No temperature control is applied and extraction is kept very gentle through manual pump-overs.

The wine is then aged for 10 to 12 months in used French oak barrels. After blending, it spends an additional 5 to 7 months ageing on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks, adding complexity and texture while preserving freshness and purity.
