Chanterêves Hauts Côtes Beaune Mainbey 2024 White Wine
Chanterêves Hauts Côtes de Beaune Mainbey White 2024 is a white wine produced by Chanterêves Winery in the Côtes de Beaune, one of the five most important vineyard areas of Burgundy.
This wine is a single-varietal Chardonnay from a vineyard located across a small valley on the opposite side of the village of Fussey, at 470 meters of altitude, cultivated using organic, biodynamic, and phytotherapeutic methods.
The grapes are gently pressed in a long 6-hour cycle to undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts from a pied de cuve.
The wine is aged for 12 months in barrels ranging from 228 to 600 liters. It is bottled without fining, with only occasional light filtration and minimal SO₂ addition if necessary (during barrel aging and before bottling).
