Chateau Bonnezeaux Inter-val 2020/2021White Wine
Chateau Bonnezeaux Inter-val Blanco 2020/2021 is a white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc, produced under the Loire AOC by Chateau Bonnezeaux. The vineyards are planted on schist and gravel soils.
The wine is crafted following the principles of biodynamic agriculture and natural winemaking. It is aged for 10 months in first-use French oak barrels.
A beautiful blend of several plots and different vintages, this wine shows great tension and balance. It opens with a rich, rounded texture that leads into ripe summer fruit notes, finishing with a bright, zesty acidity.
