Domaine Ganevat Au Sommet Blanc 2021 is a white wine crafted by Jean-François Ganevat in the Jura.
It is a single-varietal Riesling sourced from purchased grapes grown in Alsace on marl and limestone soils, from old-vine vineyards classified as Grand Cru, following a négociant approach.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by an extended ageing of more than three years in used French oak barrels.
Unfined, unfiltered, and with no stabilization, this is a pure and expressive wine that reflects a minimal-intervention philosophy
