Domaine Julien Meyer, Grittermatte 2020 White Wine
Domaine Julien Meyer Grittermatte Blanc 2020 is a white wine produced by Domaine Julien Meyer within the A.O.C. Alsace.
It is a single-varietal Riesling made by Julien Meyer. Vineyard work follows biodynamic principles.
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing the grapes to fully express their fruit character. The wine is then aged on its lees, both in these tanks and in concrete vessels.
Extended lees contact adds additional complexity to the wine. After several months of maturation, the wine is filtered and bottled, with no added sulfites.
