Eladio Piñeiro La Ola 2020 White Wine
Eladio Piñeiro La Ola Blanco 2020 is a white wine produced by Eladio Piñeiro in the Rías Baixas appellation.
It is a single-varietal Albariño sourced from vineyards with an average age of 40 years, planted on sandy-loam soils.
The grape skins macerate with the must for 10 hours before undergoing spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures. The upper part of the vats, with greater aromatic intensity and fruit concentration, is selected.
The wine is then aged on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, with weekly bâtonnage, enhancing texture and complexity.
