Eladio Piñeiro Frore de Carme 2019 Sparkling
Frore de Carme Millésime 2019 is a sparkling wine produced by Eladio Piñeiro–Rural Wines, made using the ancestral method with Albariño and Espadeiro grape varieties. The vineyards are located in the Val do Salnés, and the wine is part of the Rías Baixas DO.
Due to the ancestral method used, only a single fermentation takes place. After disgorgement, no dosage is added—only Frore de Carme still wine from the same vintage is used.
Before being released to the market, the wine undergoes an additional 25 months of bottle aging.
