Envinate Taganan Tinto 2024 White Wine
Envínate Taganan Blanco 2024 is a red wine produced by the Envínate project in collaboration with local growers from Santiago del Teide, Tenerife. This wine is a field blend of Listán Negro, Vijariego Negro, and Muscat, sourced from century-old vines planted on the volcanic soils of northern Tenerife.
The vines are ungrafted and very old. Around 30% of the grapes are fermented with stems in small open plastic vats and cement tanks. The wine is then aged for 8 months in well-seasoned 228-liand saline background.ter neutral oak barrels.
