Jean Baptiste Eclats 2023 White Wine
Jean Baptiste Eclats Blanc 2023 is a white wine produced by Jean Baptiste Hardy in the village of Mouzillon, in the Loire Valley.
The wine is a single-varietal Melon de Bourgogne sourced from vineyards planted on decomposed granite soils.
Spontaneous fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging on the lees in 450L barrels.
The wine is then further aged in glass vats for 6 months.
No fining or filtration is carried out.
