Jean Baptiste L’Aubier Blanc 2022 is a white wine produced by Jean Baptiste Hardy in the village of Mouzillon, within the Loire Valley.
The wine is a single-varietal Chardonnay sourced from vineyards planted on decomposed granite soils.
It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging on its lees in 600L barrels and amphorae for 12 months.
The wine is then further matured for 6 months in glass tanks.
No fining or filtration is applied.
