Jeux De Vins Pleine Terre 2021 White Wine
Domaine Rietsch Pinot Noir Red 2022 is a red wine produced by Domaine Rietsch in the village of Mittelbergheim, Alsace. This wine is a single-varietal Pinot Noir from south-facing vineyards with limestone and clay soils.
The grapes undergo carbonic maceration for 17 days, followed by a spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts.
The wine is then aged for 6 months in large foudres of over 1,000 liters.
