Julien Jean Renard Landwein Riesling White 2024 is a white wine produced by Julien Renard in the Mosel region of Germany.
The wine is a single-varietal Riesling sourced from small parcels located on the steep slate terraces of Winningen, where the soils contribute remarkable minerality and tension. The vineyards are worked entirely by hand and without the use of chemicals.
The grapes are harvested manually and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. In the cellar, Julien follows a minimal-intervention philosophy, avoiding bâtonnage and filtration in order to preserve the purest expression of the vineyard.
The wine then undergoes extended ageing on its lees, adding complexity and depth while maintaining precision and freshness.
