Mas Candí Montombra 2019 White Wine
Mas Candí Montombra Blanco 2019 is a white wine produced by Mas Candí in the Penedès region.
The wine is a blend of Xarel·lo(90%) and Malvasía(10%).
All of the Malvasía and 50% of the Xarel·lo undergo skin maceration for two weeks, while the rest is directly pressed.
The wine is then aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
