Partida Creus Xarel·lo 2021 is a white wine produced by the Partida Creus winery in Bonastre, in the Baix Penedès region.
This wine is a single-varietal Xarel·lo, grown on clay-limestone soils.
The grapes undergo direct pressing without destemming, followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, where the wine is aged on its fine lees for 3 months.
