Partida Creus TN Tinto Natural 2022 Red Wine
Partida Creus TN Tinto Natural 2022 is a red wine produced by Partida Creus in Bonastre, within the Baix Penedès region (Tarragona, Catalonia).
The wine is a blend of Bobal, Sumoll, and Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) sourced from estate vineyards planted on clay-limestone soils at the Massís de Bonastre estate.
Each variety is vinified separately, using whole clusters with 4–5 days of maceration, including 100% whole clusters (full stems). Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts in 300-litre oak barrels, followed by approximately 10 months of ageing.
After ageing, the final blend is assembled and kept on lees in tank before bottling.
Unfined and unfiltered wine.
