Pierre Andrey, PNGA21dj291, Via Concordiae Red 2021 is a multivarietal red wine made from Pinot Noir and Gamay. What makes this wine unique is the origin of the grapes: the Pinot Noir comes from Alsace, while the Gamay is sourced from Beaujolais.
It undergoes a 9-week carbonic maceration with whole clusters, followed by a gentle pressing and 19 months of aging in demijohns. This wine represents the mid-range of his lineup, focusing on blends of different varieties.
