"Son tiempos difíciles para los soñadores" is a white wine born from the collaboration between Bodegas Malaparte and Raúl Moreno. It is a single-varietal Viura (also known as Macabeo) sourced from a historic vineyard over 65 years old located in La Seca, Valladolid. The vineyard grows on pebble-strewn soils.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. After fermentation, it is aged on its lees in stainless steel for 10 months.
It is neither filtered nor stabilized. Expect white fruit, subtle citrus notes, and a light, easy-drinking profile. Limited production to 1996 bottles
