Raúl Moreno Fresqueo y Diversión 2024 Red Wine

Fresqueo y Diversión 2024 is a red wine made by Raúl Moreno Sola in collaboration with the beautiful vineyard of Marc Roquefort in Tacoronte, Tenerife. It is a single-varietal wine made from listán negro.

Half of the grapes are destemmed, and both parts ferment in plastic vats without temperature control. After 12 days of maceration, the wine is pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks to allow the heavier lees to settle.

It then spends time in oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation occurs, remaining there until bottling.

The wine is neither clarified nor filtered, and only minimal doses of sulfur were added to the grape must at the start. Limited production of just 400 bottles.

A wine of great freshness—juicy and floral. A perfect expression of the terroir of Tenerife.
