Tobía Reserva 2017 White Wine
Óscar Tobía Blanco Reserva 2017 is a white wine produced by Bodegas Tobía in the DOCa Rioja region.
The wine is a blend of Tempranillo Blanco (55%), Viura (35%), Maturana Blanca (8%), and Malvasía (2%), sourced from vineyards with controlled yields located mainly in Rioja Alta.
A cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out for approximately 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels (45%) and American oak barrels (55%). The wine is then aged on its fine lees for 20 months in barrel, followed by a minimum of 16 months of bottle aging before being released to the market.
