Vinyes Tortuga Libertango 2021 White Wine
Vinyes Tortuga Libertango Blanco 2021 is a white wine produced by the Vinyes Tortuga winery in the Alt Empordà region. The vineyards grow on slate soils.
This is a field blend made from Chenin Blanc, Macabeo, Parellada, and Garnacha Blanca. The grapes undergo 2 days of skin maceration before being gently pressed and fermented in used barrels, where the wine ages for 6 months.
The vineyards are farmed according to biodynamic principles, and the winemaking follows a natural approach. The use of sulfur is avoided as much as possible for stabilization.
The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered
