Pedro Méndez Viño Branco do Val White 2024 is a white wine produced by Pedro Méndez within the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin.
The wine is a single-varietal Albariño, sourced from vines aged 30 to 80 years, planted at altitudes ranging from sea level up to 200 meters, in areas such as Meaño.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, followed by ageing partly in foudres and French oak barrels (30%) and partly in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation, with moderate SO₂ added at bottling and a light coarse filtration prior to release.
