Il Ceo Vespri Orange 2023 is a orange wine produced by Il Ceo winery in the town of Breganze, in the Veneto region.
The wine is a single-varietal Vespaiola.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with skin contact involving only part of the must. The wine is then aged on its fine lees for 12 months.
The wine is neither fined, filtered, nor stabilized.
