Eric Pfifferling Domaine de L’Anglore Tavel Vaucrose 2021 is a rosé wine made by Éric Pfifferling in Tavel, Rhône Valley, France.

The wine comes from the Vaucrose parcel, located on a unique combination of iron-rich red soil, Astian sands, Villafranchian galets roulés and Urgonian limestone. It is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Clairette, with the varieties harvested and vinified together.

The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with whole clusters, using spontaneous fermentation and no added yeasts. The wine undergoes an especially long 22-month ageing period in a truncated-cone-shaped vat (cuve tronconique) before bottling. The winemaking aims to preserve the expression of the vineyard, without the addition of oenological products.
