Eric Pfifferling Domaine de L’Anglore Pierre Chaude 2022 is a red wine made by Éric Pfifferling in Tavel, Rhône Valley, France.
The wine comes from old vines, mainly Grenache, planted on galets roulés and clay-limestone soils. It is a blend of Grenache, Clairette and Carignan, varieties that contribute fruit, freshness and complexity. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, following L’Anglore’s philosophy of minimal intervention.
The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with whole clusters using carbonic maceration, with indigenous yeasts and minimal oenological intervention. The wine is aged in tanks and neutral vessels, aiming to preserve the purity of the fruit and the wine’s freshness.
