Jaume Prats Jaumeta Rosado 2023 is a rosé wine produced by Jaume Prats in the town of Santa Margalida on the island of Palma de Mallorca. This is a blend of Mandó, Fogoneu, Callet, Moscato, Prensal, and Malvasía from old vines with an average age of over 60 years.
The wine undergoes an 8-day maceration with whole clusters, followed by a 3-day maceration after crushing. It is aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for 8 months, followed by 15 months of bottle aging.
The wine is neither clarified nor filtered.
