Jaume Prats Fonoll 2023 Rose Wine
Jaume Prats Jaumeta Rosado 2023 is a rosé wine produced by Jaume Prats in the town of Santa Margalida on the island of Palma de Mallorca. It is a blend of 50% Mantó Negro, 40% Prensal Blanc, and 10% table grapes from old vines with an average age of over 60 years, grown on red clay soil known locally as call vermell.
The wine undergoes a 5–6 day maceration with whole clusters, followed by 6 months of aging on its lees in stainless steel tanks and a further 8 months of bottle aging.
