Chanterêves Chorey La Maladerote 2024 Red Wine
Chanterêves Chorey La Maladerote Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Chanterêves, the project of Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, in the Chorey-lès-Beaune appellation of Burgundy, France.
The wine is a 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the La Maladerote climat, located in the heart of Chorey-lès-Beaune. The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soils.
The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in large wooden vats using whole clusters.
The wine is then aged for approximately 13 months in used French oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks, gaining complexity and texture while preserving freshness and purity.
