The wine is a blend of Mondeuse and Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards purchased from an old estate called Soleyane, from which this cuvée takes its name. The soils differ from those of their other parcels, featuring distinct types of limestone and clay.
The wine is aged for one year in used French oak barrels (1/3) and fiberglass tanks (1/3). Bottled without filtering, stabilizing, or fining.
