Domaine Ganevat Pinot Noir Les Chonchons Red 2024 is a red wine crafted by Jean-François Ganevat in the Jura.
It is a single-varietal Pinot Noir made from purchased grapes, following a négociant approach.
The grapes are foot-trodden and undergo maceration and alcoholic fermentation in 225L barrels with indigenous yeasts.
After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months on its fine lees, with no added sulphites.
Unfined, unfiltered, and with no stabilization, this is a pure and expressive Pinot Noir, reflecting a minimal-intervention philosophy.
