Domaine Ganevat Poulsard L´Enfant Terrible 2023 Red Wine
Domaine Ganevat Poulsard L’Enfant Terrible 2023 is a red wine crafted by Jean-François Ganevat in the Jura.
It is a single-varietal Poulsard sourced from a vineyard planted in 1959 on white and grey marl soils.
The grapes are foot-trodden and undergo maceration and alcoholic fermentation in 225L barrels with indigenous yeasts.
After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months on its fine lees, with no added sulphites.
Unfined, unfiltered, and with no stabilization, this is a delicate and expressive wine that reflects a minimal-intervention philosophy.
