Domaine La Côtelette Gameeez Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Benoît Kilian at Domaine La Côtelette in Trugny, Burgundy, France.
The wine is a single-varietal Gamay sourced from vineyards cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles on the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Saône. Founded in 1919, the estate comprises just 2.5 hectares of vineyards in a historic corner of Burgundy on the road to the Jura, where Benoît seeks to revive the region's most authentic and free-spirited style of winemaking.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and a nine-day maceration. The wine is then aged in used French oak barrels before being bottled without fining, filtration, and with minimal intervention.
