Envinate La Santa de Ursula Tinto 2023
Tacoronte-Acentejo is a red wine made from a blend of Listán Negro (50%), Negramoll(48%), and Listán Blanco (2%). The vineyards are located at altitudes ranging from 300 to 650 meters and are trained using a horizontal trellising system, which improves vine ventilation and protects the grapes from the intense Canarian sun.
The winemaking process is divided into two parts: one undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in plastic and concrete vats, while the other follows the traditional carbonic maceration method typical of the region.
The wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. It is neither filtered nor fined.
