Envinate Migan 2021 Red Wine
Envínate Migan Red 2021 is a red wine produced by Envínate in collaboration with local winegrowers from the Orotava Valley in Valle de La Orotava, Tenerife.
It is a single-varietal Listán Negro sourced from three different volcanic-soil parcels.
The grapes from each parcel ferment separately with spontaneous fermentation and native yeasts. One parcel is fermented with 100% whole clusters, another with 50%, and the last with 15%.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barrels, where the wine remains for 11 months of aging.
A light, subtle, and elegant wine, with a slightly reductive, sulfury nose that gradually opens up as the wine breathes.
