Frontio Arbusto 2021 Red Wine
Frontio Arbusto Tinto 2021 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Frontio under the D.O. Arribes designation. It is a blend of Tempranilloand Juan García grape varieties. The vineyards grow on granite soils with gravel and quartz.
The winemaking process uses whole clusters without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous, carried out with native yeasts in 225-liter oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation also occurs spontaneously.
The wine is aged for 10 months in 225-liter French oak barrels, followed by an additional 7 months in 1,200-liter foudres.
The wine is neither fined nor filtered and is stabilized with a small addition of sulfur dioxide.
