Frontio Una Más 2021 Red Wine
Frontio Una Más Red 2021 is a red wine produced by Frontio in the village of Fermoselle, in Zamora.
It is a blend of Tempranillo (50%) and Juan García (50%), sourced from vineyards planted on soils of granite, gravel and quartz.
The Tempranillo is fully destemmed, while the Juan García is fermented with whole clusters. A gentle maceration is carried out, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
The wine is then aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by an additional 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
