Julien Delrieu Le Jeau Rouge 2023 is a red wine produced by Julien Delrieu in the Loire Valley, France.
The wine is a blend of Grolleau and Cabernet Franc from vineyards planted on schist, gravel, and marl-limestone soils. The vineyard work follows biodynamic principles.
It undergoes a short fermentation (5 days) with indigenous yeasts, followed by direct pressing. The wine is neither fined nor filtered and contains no additives.
