Julien Delrieu Le Jeau Chenin 2023 is a white wine produced by Julien Delrieu in the Loire region.
It is a single-varietal Chenin Blanc sourced from vineyards with schist, gravel, and limestone soils. Vineyard work follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
The wine undergoes a short fermentation of 5 days with native yeasts and is then aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and 228-liter barrels.
The grapes are directly pressed, and the wine is bottled unclarified and unfiltered.
