Kumpf Meyer Infrarouge Pinot Noir 2022 is a red wine produced by Kumpf Meyer within the A.O.C. Alsace. The wine is a single-varietal Pinot Noir, sourced from vineyards planted on clay- and limestone-rich soils, with yields kept low to favor quality over quantity.
Fermentation lasts for fifteen days with skin maceration, including 25% whole clusters. The wine is then aged in barrels, resulting in a profile of great elegance and freshness at the same time.
