L'Eau Qui Dort Bosco 2024 Red Wine
L’Eau Qui Dort Bosco Rouge 2024 is a red wine produced by L'Eau Qui Dort in the Auvergne region.
It is a blend of Pinot Noir (90%) and Gamay (10%) sourced from vineyards with volcanic soils.
Half of the grapes are directly pressed, while the other half is destemmed before pressing. A semi-carbonic maceration, in the purest regional style, is carried out, followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts.
The wine is aged in used French oak barrels.
Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
