L'Eau Qui Dort Toi Toi 2024 Red Wine
L’Eau Qui Dort Toi Toi Rouge 2024 is a red wine produced by L'Eau Qui Dort in the Auvergne region.
It is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Pinot Noir, and Gamay, all sourced from different producers, making this a négociant-style wine.
The grapes are processed separately using two different methods according to the typical style of each variety: Pinot Noir and Gamay undergo semi-carbonic maceration in tanks, while Cinsault and Grenache ferment as whole clusters.
The wine is aged in inert vessels to allow each variety to fully express its potential.
Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
