L'Eau Qui Dort Ume 2024 White Wine
L’Eau Qui Dort Ume Blanc 2024 is a white wine produced by L'Eau Qui Dort in the Auvergne region.
It is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Muscaté Chardonnay, sourced from Domaine de Gergovie.
Half of the grapes are directly pressed, while the other half macerates for one week with their skins in the pressed juice to achieve greater extraction.
The wine is aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels.
Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
