Matthias Orsett Les Choucas Rouge 2022 is a red wine produced by Matthias Orsett in the canton of Valais.
It is a single-varietal Gamay sourced from limestone vineyards located at around 850 meters above sea level in Miège.
The grapes are fully destemmed and undergo an 8-day maceration on their skins.
The wine is aged in old Burgundy barrels (30%) and stainless steel tanks (70%).
Unstabilized, unfiltered, and unfined.
