Matthias Orsett Les Fusseaux Rouge 2023 is a red wine produced by Matthias Orsett in the canton of Valais.
It is a single-varietal Gamaret, a cross between Gamay and Reichensteiner, sourced from limestone vineyards located at around 850 meters above sea level in Valais.
The grapes are fully destemmed, with 30% directly pressed and the remaining 70% undergoing carbonic maceration.
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
Unstabilized, unfiltered, and unfined.
