Vincent Paris Cornas Granit 60 Tinto 2020
Vincent Paris Cornas Granit 60 2020 is a red wine made by Vincent Paris in Cornas, Northern Rhône Valley, France.
The wine is a single-varietal Syrah from old vines, around 50–60 years old, planted on granite soils in three parcels with slopes reaching 60%, which gives the cuvée its name. The grapes are hand-harvested and approximately 70% are destemmed. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts, with the wine undergoing around 25 days of maceration.
The wine is then aged for 3–6 months in tanks followed by around one year in used oak barrels, with no new oak. The wine is aged without added sulphur.
