Dominio del Bendito La chispa Negra 2018 - 50cl
Dominio del Bendito Dulce La Chispa Negra is a sweet wine produced by Dominio del Bendito within the Toro D.O. in the municipality of Toro, Zamora.
The wine is a single-varietal Tinta de Toro from old vines aged between 60 and over 100 years, planted in very poor soils with excellent drainage, consisting of sandy-loam soils and river pebbles.
The grapes are allowed to overripen in order to reach a sugar level high enough to halt fermentation naturally due to sugar accumulation.
The wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
